Mr Oladiran holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin and a PGD in Business Administration. He has over 20 years of senior management experience and has held various top management positions as Head of HR function in multinational organizations, including Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, Berger Paints Nigeria Plc, Dunlop Nigeria Plc amongst others. He is a licensed member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

He was up to the time of leaving the Chemical and Non Metallic Products’ industry in 2015 the vice chairman of the Committee of Personnel Practitioners. Mr. Oladiran has attended various management and industrial relations courses within and outside the Country and he is also an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Nigeria.

He has, at various times, consulted for organizations on HR and Management-related issues, including Performance Management System and Industrial Relations.

An experienced medical practitioner, Dr. Oladiran holds an MB, BS from Ahmadu Bello University and several other professional and management certifications in healthcare management and financing. She has over 15 years of clinical and non-clinical experience in various capacities in healthcare management and financing and is a member of MDCN, NMA, SOEHPON etc.

She has worked in the public and private sectors including Government and private hospitals, various health insurance companies and high performing multinationals. Her vision to optimize health care delivery through sustained change management strategies and excellent execution, coupled with her wealth of experience, is an exceptional drive to her proficiency and holistic approach to issues. She believes in delivering value to shareholders and stakeholders using various strategies, including process engineering and re-engineering.

She has also headed several work-site clinics, worked with NGOs on various preventive programmes, led the delivery of worksite health care screening with maximum benefits to various organizations and is currently the Medical Consultant for a leading multinational organization. She has attended many seminars and is widely exposed, both nationally and internationally.

Bola Bilesanmi FCIPD is a Human Resources Consultant, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) United Kingdom. She has a Wide- ranging expertise and international experience covering the whole range of the HR spectrum,Strategy and Leadership within The Public and The Private sector across Europe and Africa.

In Nigeria, Bola was head hunted from England to take on the role of Recruitment Specialist in MTN. She has played many Strategic roles, In particular, she has had responsibility for Talent Management in British American Tobacco-West Africa and Cadbury West Africa.

She was of Head of HR at Kakawa Discount House Ltd. She has special affinity for Strategy, Leadership, Learning and Development.

Bola has been a freelance facilitator since 2009 and is a lead faculty member of many training outfits. Bola speaks to thousands of youth each year.
